Mr. Ashraf enjoys more than 25 years of expertise in the field, as he was initially the Construction Project Manager of Steigenberger Aqua Magic, and now he oversees all construction-related aspects, including permits and licenses, contracts and contractors, as well as the construction progress of the company’s latest development; ALDAU Heights.

Previously, he managed many large hospitality projects in Egypt, Libya, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, including more than 20 developments with Egypt’s Travco Group, one of the largest Travel and Tourism companies in the Middle East.
